Tissue Transglutaminase (tTG) Antibody, IgA with Reflex to Endomysial Antibody IgA Titer

Preferred specimen:	1.0 mL serum, red top tube or SST.
Minimum specimen:	0.5 mL serum
Notes:	If Tissue Transglutaminase IgA Antibody is positive (greater than 25 EU/mL), Endomysial IgA Antibody Titer by IFA will be added at an additional charge and report time may be extended.
Unacceptable specimen:	Plasma, severely lipemic, hemolyzed, icteric, or bacterially contaminated specimens.
