We've recently upgraded our login system. This will make it easier for our
customers to access our website, as well as make it safer and more secure.
The first time you login you will be asked a few questions. From that point forward, the site will act as it has before. However, if you should forget your password, you'll be given the chance to reset your account without having to contact BBPL IT support. Of course, we're always here to answer any questions and help with any problems you're having. You can contact our support staff by calling the number at the bottom of your screen. |

The login screen has changed it's appearance a little, but it functions
as it did before the upgrade. Simply type your BBPL-supplied userID and your
password, then click 'Login' to login the website. If you
are a new user and have submitted a BBPLLabLinktm
new user form to your account rep, you will type your userID
as the first letter of your first name and your complete last
name. For your login password you simply type your
clientID. The system will then walk you through changing
your password for the first time.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be redirected to one of the screens below. Continue reading to learn more about those functions and why you're being presented with them.

| Account Security Information |

This screen allows you to select a few questions to answer about yourself. Should
you ever forget your password, we'll use correct answers to these questions to allow
you to reset the password on your account.
We may ask additional questions, depending on the situation:

| Locked Account |
|
Should you forget your password and enter it incorrectly a few times, your
account may become locked. If this happens, you have a chance to reset your
password and continue. Simply
provide the correct answers to the questions provided, and we'll walk
you through changing your password.
Note, providing incorrect answers will lock your account to the point that you must contact BBPL IT support for assistance.

| Change Password |
|
You can now change your password at any time. Simply enter your current password (if
appropriate, to verify your identity) then provide your new password twice to make sure
you've typed it accurately. From that point forward, you may use your new password to login
to the website.
If you enter the password incorrectly you will get the following screen asking you to try again.

You have now successfully reset your password and should be able to login to your account.
